article 1 (scope)
these terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and the company regarding the use of this service.

article 2 (user registration)

• if false information is provided at the time of application
• if the application is made by a person who has previously violated these terms

article 3 (management of user id and password)
users shall manage their user id and password at their own responsibility.
users may not transfer, lend, share, or allow third parties to use their user id or password under any circumstances.
if a login is made using a combination of user id and password that matches the registered information, the company shall deem such use to be by the registered user.
the company shall not be liable for any damages caused by third-party use of the user id or password unless such damages are caused by the company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

article 4 (sales contract)
in this service, a sales contract shall be formed when the user submits a purchase order and the company notifies the user of its acceptance.
ownership of the product shall transfer to the user at the time the company delivers the product to the delivery carrier.
the company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following:
• if the user violates these terms
• if delivery cannot be completed due to an unknown address or long-term absence
• if the company determines that the trust relationship between the company and the user has been damaged
payment methods, delivery methods, order cancellation methods, and return procedures related to this service shall be governed by methods separately determined by the company.

article 5 (intellectual property rights)
the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of product images and other content provided through this service (hereinafter referred to as “content”) belong to the company or legitimate rights holders such as content providers.
users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of such content without permission.

article 6 (prohibited acts)
users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service:
• acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• acts related to criminal activity
• acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights included in this service
• acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the company’s servers or networks
• acts of commercially using information obtained through this service
• acts that may interfere with the operation of the company’s services
• unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• acts of collecting or storing personal information of other users
• acts of impersonating other users
• acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the company’s services
• any other acts deemed inappropriate by the company

article 7 (suspension or interruption of the service)
the company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the service without prior notice if it determines that any of the following apply:
• maintenance or updates of computer systems related to the service
• difficulty in providing the service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• suspension of computers or communication lines due to accidents
• any other cases in which the company determines that providing the service is difficult
the company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users or third parties due to such suspension or interruption.

article 8 (usage restrictions and account termination)
the company may restrict the use of all or part of the service or terminate a user’s registration without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following:
• violation of any provision of these terms
• discovery of false information in the registered details
• suspension of the credit card reported by the user as a payment method
• failure to fulfill payment obligations
• failure to respond to communications from the company for a certain period
• no use of the service for a certain period since the last use
• any other cases in which the company determines that the use of the service is inappropriate
the company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of actions taken under this article.

article 10 (disclaimer and limitation of liability)
the company does not guarantee that the service is free from factual or legal defects, including but not limited to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security defects, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights.
the company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the service. however, if the contract between the company and the user regarding the service constitutes a consumer contract under the consumer contract act, this disclaimer shall not apply. even in such cases, the company shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances, including cases where such damages were foreseeable, caused by the company’s negligence excluding gross negligence.
the company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between users and other users or third parties in connection with the service.

users may not assign, transfer, or pledge their contractual status or any rights or obligations under these terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the company.

article 16 (governing law and jurisdiction)
these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of japan.
the application of the united nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods shall be excluded.
any disputes arising in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company’s head office.
